- Generate leads and prospect new customers through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and networking
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to recommend the right coverage options for auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage renewals, cross-selling, repeat business, and referrals
- Track activities and follow up consistently to meet and exceed sales goals
- Participate fully in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Required: Current Washington insurance licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health
- Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Resilient, persistent, and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and active listening skills
- Organized, proactive, and effective at managing time and follow-up
- Comfortable with a compensation structure based on base salary plus commission tied to performance
- Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
- Unlimited earning potential (base salary + commissions + bonuses)
