What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking events to expand your client portfolio.
  • Consultative Sales: Provide tailored insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and health policies that meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Maintain ongoing connections to encourage renewals, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently achieve targets while completing paid training to prepare for your insurance licensing exams.
  • Grow Professionally: Engage in mentorship and development programs to become a licensed, top-performing agent.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Must obtain and maintain full Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses as mandated by the State of Washington.
  • Licensing should be secured prior to or immediately after hiring.
  • Candidates must be eligible and prepared to complete all required exams and licensing procedures.
Additional Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Comfortable with a compensation structure combining base salary and commissions, where your performance directly influences your earnings.
