About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team with Yolanda Santana Harris and Brian Harris State Farm. This is an excellent entry point for individuals passionate about building a long-term career in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities

•  Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.

•  Present and sell insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.) tailored to client needs.

•  Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

•  Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

•  Participate in ongoing training programs to prepare for insurance agent licensing and advancement.

Additional requirements:

•  Prior sales experience is a plus but not required—entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.

•  Must be eligible to obtain insurance licensing for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health in the state of Washington.

•  Comfortable with base pay plus commission compensation model.
